OBITUARY: Dallas D. Beach
Dallas D. Beach, 62, Topeka, died Aug. 5, 2010, at his home. He was born May 31, 1948, in Topeka, the son of Russell and Bernice Beach. He attended Seaman High School and Washburn University. He worked in the I.T. Department at Santa Fe prior to his retirement. Surviving are his best friend: Lori Rost of Topeka; 2 daughters: Rachael C. Rost of Lawrence, and Emily J. Rost of Lawrence; a brother: Dennis W. Beach of Lawrence; 4 sisters: Mary Beach of Lenexa, Debbie Springer of Denver, CO, Janet Logan of Topeka, and Ramona Pilecki of LaPorte, IN; an aunt: Olive Vorse of Topeka; one nephew and five nieces. Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM, Sat., Aug. 21, 2010, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Assoc., 837 South Hillside, Wichita, KS 67211 or Topeka Rescue Mission, 600 N. Kansas Avenue, Topeka, KS 66608.
