Constance Jo Wennihan-Dagosta
Constance Jo Wennihan-Dagosta, 49, Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Topeka, died Saturday, July 31, 2004, at Arlington Memorial Hospital in Dallas. She was born Aug. 21, 1954, in Topeka, to Ivan Dale and Rena Elaine May Willard. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Washburn University. She worked for Southwestern Bell for 18 years before taking early retirement. She had many friends and family members who loved her and will miss her. Connie loved spending time with her family and her dog, Ellie; eating fresh tomatoes, strawberries and watermelon; and she enjoyed cooking, gardening and hunting for antiques. She was a strong woman with a gentle caring heart. She will be sadly missed. Survivors include her husband, Daniel Dagosta, Fort Worth, Texas; her mother, Rena Campbell, formerly of Topeka, Fort Worth, Texas; two daughters, Angela Zambrano, and Rebecca Norris, both of Dallas; a son, Ike Wennihan, Beaumont, Texas; two bro thers, Donald Willard and Ronald Willard, both of Topeka; and a grandson, Brennen Norris, Dallas. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will be in Prairie Home Cemetery in Topeka. Mrs. Wennihan-Dagosta will lie in state after 3 p.m. today at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. A prayer service will begin at 7:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Care Services, 623 S.
