Charles E. Weaver

Charles E. Weaver, age 90, of Topeka, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at his home in Topeka.  Charles was born December 18, 1930 in Parsons, KS the son of Ralph and Viola Weaver.  Charles graduated from Parsons High School and received a degree from Parsons Junior College.  Charles served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at Ft. Walton Beach.  He married Dolories E. Weaver on May 25, 1950.  Charles worked at DuPont in Topeka for over 25 years.  Charles is survived by his wife of over 70 years, Dolories Weaver; two daughters, Rhonda (Sandy) Crow of Arkansas and Denise Weaver of Topeka; a grandson, Keaton; a sister, Joann of Parsons, KS.  Charles enjoyed playing golf and traveling abroad.  He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Topeka where he served as deacon.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. at the Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas with military honors.  Memorial contributions may be made to the First Assembly of God Church and left in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.
