Carol JoAnn (Lane) Pierce, 60, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
She was born March 23, 1963, in Dodge City, Kansas, the daughter of Donald and Judy (Stultz) Lane.
She attended high school at Topeka West and Washburn. She later graduated from Arizona High School with her GED in 2001.
Throughout her life, she held numerous jobs, ranging from Professional Medical Transcription, Professional Medical Coding, to Clyde Arthur's and Goofies to mail clerk.
Carol enjoyed being around her close friend Wendy. She cherished their fun times together.
She also enjoyed singing karaoke.
She married Robin Pierce on February 17, 2000 in Phoenix, Arizona. They later divorced.
She leaves behind her son, Aaron Shutes; daughter, Tiffany; seven grandchildren; half siblings, Jonna and Tony and her best friend, Wendy Cobler-Chambers.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Cremation is planned. Memorial ride will begin at starting at noon from Gayle's on Sunday, May 19th, 2024. Following the ride, a Celebration of her Life Gathering will take place back at Gayle's starting around 4:00 p.m. until the party stops. Please join the family in singing karaoke and sharing memories of her life.
