Brielle Ruby Franklin was stillborn Sun., Nov. 29, 2009, at St. Francis Hospital. Surviving are her parents: Tiaudra C. Smith and Todd A. Franklin, Sr.; and 2 brothers: Dorian Castaneda and Todd A. Franklin, Jr., all of the home. Committal services will be at 2:00 PM, Fri., Dec. 4, 2009, at Rochester Cemetery, 1200 NW Menninger Road. Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel is assisting the family.
