Brenda Kay Weber
Brenda Kay Weber, 35, of Topeka, died Fri., May 6, 2011 to be with the Lord. She was born July 29, 1975, in Topeka, the daughter of Roger P. and Nancy J. (Porter) Weber.
Brenda graduated from Highland Park High School in 1993. She had worked at Washburn Univ., the Kansas Secretary of State's office, and at the Topeka Capital-Journal.
Surviving are her parents: Roger and Nancy J. Weber; a sister: Lisa Weber (Josh Bauman); niece: Alexis; 2 nephews: Caleb and Maxwell all of Topeka; and maternal grandmother: Leola Porter of Denison. She was a God Mother to three.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Wed., May 11, 2011, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka. Interment in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. Brenda will lie in state after 4:00 PM, Tues., at the funeral chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon, Wed., until service time.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Brenda K. Weber Memorial Fund, 641 NE Wabash, Topeka, KS 66616.
