OBITUARY: Brenda Arlene Scott-Crannel
Brenda Arlene Scott-Crannel, 47, Topeka, died Mon., Jan. 30, 2012, at Rolling Hills Health Care. She was born July 14, 1964, in Topeka, the daughter of Eddie E. and D. Darlene (Bradley) Howerton. Brenda had worked as a C.N.A. and was a member of Central Congregational Church. Surviving are a son: Kevin Fitzgerald of Silver Lake; her father: Eddie Howerton of Carbondale; a sister: Debbie Mumert of Topeka; and her care-giver: James Scott of Topeka. Interment of cremains will be at 10:30 AM, Thurs., Feb. 2, 2012, at Mount Hope Cemetery, 1700 SW 17th Street, Topeka. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606-2800. Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel is assisting the family.
