William "Bill" Schultz, 71, of Topeka, passed away Friday, August 11, 2023.

He was born January 6, 1952, in Norfolk, Nebraska, the son of Gerhardt and Berdine (Wagner) Schultz.

He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1970.

Bill proudly served in the United States Air Force and enlisted in April of 1971.

Bill enjoyed spending time with his family. He enjoyed his trucks and his horses.

He worked as an auto repair technician and manager at Eveland Brothers, Laird Noller and various locations in Kansas. Finally working for himself prior to retirement.

Bill was married to Mary on April 14, 1973. To this union were their two sons, Mike and Brad. Bill left behind his wife, Mary; sons, Brad (Jenny) Schultz and Mike (Kristin) Schultz; grandchildren, Abby and Griffin; brother, Gary (Robin) Schultz and sister, Sue McWilliams.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his step-father, John McConnell; grandson, Josh Schultz and Bill's sister, Mary (Jim) Livergood.

A Celebration of His Life will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Parker-Price 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka, KS 66608.
