Beulah "Mona" Hendrickson, 88, of Perry, passed away Friday, August 3, 2012.
She was born August 9, 1923, Hoyt, KS, the daughter of George and Lovigne (Uhl) Foster.
She was a telephone operator in Hoyt and later worked for Crosby Brothers Department Store in Topeka.
Mona resided in Hoyt until moving to Arkansas in 1994, relocating to Perry in 1996.
Mrs. Hendrickson was a former member of the Hoyt Baptist Church.
She married Lealon Hendrickson on January 9, 1960 in Hoyt. He preceded her in death on August 24, 1996. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Wayne and Marvin Foster and a sister, Hazel Fox.
A funeral ceremony will be 11 a.m., Monday, August 6, 2012 at the Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave, Topeka. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Berryton, KS. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service on Monday and from 3-4 p.m. on Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to charity of the donor's choice.
