Bette Anne Tyler

Bette Anne (Rogers) Tyler, 89, Topeka, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2019.
She was born January 5, 1930 in Topeka, the daughter of Floyd "Doc" and Besse Rogers. She graduated from Topeka High School.
Bette lived in Hutchinson, Kansas most of her adult life. She worked at office supply stores in both Hutchinson and Topeka.
Bette was a member of Moose Club. She was an avid golfer, bowler, and walker.
On June 16, 1948, she married Ralph W. Tyler. He preceded her in death on June 26, 1997. She was also preceded in death by her son, Michael L. Tyler on March 4, 2008.
Immediate caring family members include her daughter, Jo Lea Marlow (Duston); grandson, Derec Marlow; granddaughter, Meagan Tyler Schmidt and sister, Mildred Blodgett.
The family would like to thank all residents and staff at Brookside Assisted Living for the care and love given to Bette.
Graveside services will be held 11 am, Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
