Bernard Francis Webb, Sr., 68, of Topeka, passed away, Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at the V.A. Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
He was born October 5, 1937 in Hannibal, MO the son of Simon H. and Bertha L. Breedlove Webb.
He was a military veteran serving in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his daughter Becky Marie Portillo, KC, KS; three sons, Bernard Francis Webb, II, Orrick, MO, Michael Gibbs Webb,Liberty, MO; Matthew Blake Webb, KC, MO and four grandchildren.
Bernie was a friend of Bill W.
Mr. Webb will lie in state and the family will greet friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2006 at the Penwell- Gabel Parker Price Chapel 245 NW Independence Avenue.
