OBITUARY: Mrs. AnnaBelle Mae Elliott
Mrs. AnnaBelle Mae Elliott, 76, Hoyt, died Thurs., Oct. 4, 2007, at her home. She was born June 28, 1931, at Navarre, KS, the daughter of Emery Gordon and Esther Emma (Pigorsch) Lenhardt.
AnnaBelle had worked for Refrigeration Equipment, Petro's, and Fleming Foods. She enjoyed knitting for needy children.
AnnaBelle was married to Donald G. Elliott on Dec. 9, 1945, at Alma. He preceded her in death on Sept. 13, 1981.
Surviving are three children: Carol S. Edmond of Colorado Springs, CO, Dennis G. Elliott of Hoyt, and Debra R. Cole of Lenexa; 4 grandchildren: Leila Pollock of Topeka, Dawn Gwin of Colorado Springs, CO, Eric Cole of Olathe, and Tara Jennison of Overland Park; and twin great-granddaughters: Nyssa and Vittoria Gwin of Iowa.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Tues., Oct. 9, 2007, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, Topeka. Interment in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. AnnaBelle will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Monday, at the funeral chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Comprehensive Cancer Center, 1700 SW Seventh, Topeka, KS 66606.
