Alison "Kay" Collins, 62, of Topeka, passed away on July 8, 2022.
She was born on May 13, 1960 to Carlton and Patricia (DeHart) Collins in Topeka, KS.
Kay graduated from Seaman High School in 1978. After graduation she attended Hair Benders Cosmetology School and was a cosmetologist for over 30 years. Later in life she worked for Futures For Tomorrow as a Job Placement Specialist for 10 years.
She attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Topeka. Kay loved to garden and tend to her house plants. She was an avid KU basketball fan and Chiefs fan.
Kay is survived by her brothers, Harry "Jay" Collins and Arthur "Ray" (Cindy) Collins; niece, Becky Collins; and nephews, Joe (Jackie) Collins, Adam (Emilie) Collins, and Tyler Collins.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents; and her brother, Timothy "Tim" Collins.
Kay will have a private family service at a later date.
