Alice Louise Hasenohr, 93, Topeka, KS, died Monday, January 29, 2018, at Lexington Park Nursing Home. She was born July 21, 1924, at Beatrice, NE, the daughter of Carl and Louise (Holsing) Rohe.
She graduated from Clatonia High School (Nebraska). She had lived in Nebraska, Missouri, and Iowa before moving to Kansas. Alice had worked at Wal-Mart on Wanamaker for 24 years as cashier/trainer. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Alice was married to Raymond August Hasenohr on February 24, 1946, at Clatonia, NE. They were married for 72 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter: Donna Jean Hasenohr in 1971; and a son: Larry Lee Hasenohr in 2007.
Surviving are her husband: Ray Hasenohr of the home; two daughters: Diane Kay Olcott (John) of Meriden, and Marcia Ann Spellmeier (Allan) of Fairview; seven grandchildren: Nicole Broaddus (Jason) of Hoyt, Heather Kirchmann (Kent) of Ashland, NE, Regina Olcott of Baytown, TX, Keremy Bachelor (Michael) of Sabetha, Jared Spellmeier of Fairview, Candace Sullivan (Brady) of Gardner, and Beau Hasenohr (Kim) of Hiawatha; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 1, 2018, at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 901 SW Fillmore, Topeka. Graveside will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, at Mount Hope Cemetery, 1807 Iowa, Hiawatha, KS.
