Albert E. Meade, Jr.

Albert E. Meade, Jr., age 29, of Melvern, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020 in Topeka. Albert was born September 15, 1990 the son of Albert E. Meade, Sr. and Terri (Garrison) Meade. He grew up attending Melvern and Santa Fe Trail schools. Albert worked as a plumber throughout Topeka. He lived in Oregon part of his life. He is survived by his father, Ed (Dana) Meade of Williamsburg, KS; his mother, Terri (Daniel, Jr.) Morgan of Melvern; his paternal grandmother, Patricia LeRette of Melvern; maternal grandparents, Joe and Pam Garrison of Topeka; three sisters, Keelley Meade of Williamsburg, KS, Ashley Morgan of Topeka and Jennifer (Danna) Walker of Dallas, Georgia; his God Momma Tammy Jackson, and God sisters Tamika Robinson and Sheria Martin; and many nieces and many nephews. He was also very close to his sponsor, Megan Smallwood of Topeka. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert Evans and Pauline Meade. Albert attended Oxford House and was a member of NA Group.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 16 at 11:00 a.m. at the Half Day Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Davidson Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
