OBITUARY: Albert Dean Hicks
Albert Dean Hicks, 71, Topeka, died Sun., March 19, 2006, at his home. He was born Dec. 6, 1934 in Topeka, the son of Lester H. and Bertha H. (Randel) Hicks.
Albert was retired from Frito-Lay.
Surviving are his wife: Beverly J. (Walters) Hicks; a daughter: Hope Renee Hicks; and a brother: Robert Hicks.
Committal services will be at 1:00 p.m., Wed., March 22, 2006 at Mount Hope Cemetery. Albert will lie in state after 3:00 p.m., Tues., at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Am. Lung Assoc. of KS; 4300 SW Drury Lane; Topeka, KS 66604-2419.
