Alayna Lynn Hutchison, 15, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014.
She was born March 7, 1998 in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Michael "Scott" and Chrystal Lynn (Bayless) Hutchison.
Alayna is survived by her parents of Topeka; two brothers, Thomas Hutchison and Aaron Hutchison of Topeka; grandparents, Calvin Bayless, Topeka, Donna and Bobby Staten, Burlington, Liz Hutchison, Oxford, AL; great-grandparents, Arden and Michiko Bayless, Topeka and Lavern Botham, Burlington.
A funeral ceremony will be 1 p.m., Friday, February 28, 2014 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka. The casket will be closed. Interment will be in Prairie Home Cemetery, Topeka. Alayna will lie in state after 3 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made payable to the Seaman High School Bank, (memo on check: Alayna Hutchison Memorial Fund) c/o Seaman High School, 4850 NW Rochester Rd, Topeka, KS 66618.
