Debra Sue Woodie-Rigdon

Debra Sue Woodie Rigdon, age 60, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Plaza West Care Home. Debra was born May 4, 1956 in Topeka the daughter of William Woodie and Carol Bigham Woodie. She married Bobby Rigdon April of 1976, they later divorced. She worked at the Topeka Presbyterian Manor as a nurse aide for over 17 years. She is survived by her father, William Woodie; two sons, Ben Rigdon and Billy Rigdon, both of Topeka; a brother, Vernest Woodie of Topeka and five grandchildren.

Debra will lie in state Tuesday from noon – 8:00 p.m. with a visitation from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. Private family services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the Presbyterian Manor or the St. Jude’s Cancer Research and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home. davidsonfuneral.com.
