Laurie Denise Bloomer

Laurie Denise Bloomer, 56, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017 at her home. Laurie was born September 22, 1960 in Topeka. She worked as a stocker for a grocery store most of her life. She later married Leonard Bloomer. He passed away in 2012.
Laurie is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
She is survived by her son Dakota Bloomer of Topeka; two daughters, April M York of Indiana and Tiffany Bloomer of Topeka; brothers, Johnny Jackson of Topeka, Mike Hefner of German Town, Tennessee; sisters, Teresa Miller of Topeka, Mary Plumberg of Berryton; and three grandchildren, Jordan Hoffman, Michael Hoffman, and James Matther Counts III.
Cremation is planned and no services will be held at this time.
