Diana L. Schrenk

Diana L. Schrenk, 64, of Topeka passed away on Monday, September 5, 2016. She was born January 3, 1952 in Topeka the daughter of Gene and Bonnie Decker Williams. Diana graduated from Topeka High School and later attended Washburn. She worked as a hairdresser for over 40 years at J.C. Penney. She attended many car shows with her husband. Diana collected Barbie Dolls, attending her son’s ball games, she loved spending time with her grandchildren who were the light of her life. She was admired for her wonderful needle work in quilts and needlepoint. She looked forward to spending Friday’s with her sister and family when they came to town to go shopping.
She was married on August 26, 1978 in Topeka to K.C. Schrenk.
Her survivors include her husband K.C. Schrenk of Topeka; son, Clint Schrenk and wife Phoebe of Topeka; grandchildren, Crimson, Caden and Cyran Schrenk; sister, Kathy Hildebrand of Eskridge; brother, Carl Williams and his wife Deann of Eskridge; and several nieces.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, September 9, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm on Thursday evening at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Crimson, Caden and Cyran Schrenk Education Fund at Capital Federal in care of the funeral home.
