Mildred E. Korch

Mildred E. Korch, 89, of Topeka passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016. She was born March 18, 1927 at Tasco in Sheridan County, Kansas the daughter of Earl and Olive (Richards) Zimmerman. She lived in Salina until 1972, at which time she moved to Topeka.

Mildred was a member of Seaman Baptist Church. She retired as a supervisor for the State of Kansas at the Youth Center.
She married George Korch on December 14, 1974 in Topeka. He preceded her in death.

Mildred has numerous nieces and nephews, who she considered her own children, Carolyne Teutsch, Ed Davis (deceased) and wife Roberta, Edward Nutt, Mickey Lee Nutt, Samuel Nutt and wife Julie, Jim Nutt and wife Jamie, John McCormick (deceased), Becky McCormick and many, great and great-great nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation will be held at Davidson Funeral Home in Topeka, Friday August 19, 2016 6:00-8:00. Inurnment will be held at Wamego Cemetery.
