Gerard P. Kaberline

Gerard Paul Kaberline, 55, of Topeka passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016. Gerard was born in Quebec City, Canada on May 20, 1961. He had lived in Topeka since the age of four months. Gerard attended Sacred Heart School, and graduated from Hayden High School in 1979. He had worked for the past 15 years at Porubsky’s Grocery. He enjoyed fishing and flying kites. He was a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
He is survived by his parents, Marian and Richard Kaberline of Topeka; siblings, Gina Kaelin-Westcott of Parker, Colorado, Craig Kaberline and Scott Kaberline both of Topeka; three nephews; three nieces; one great-nephew and one great niece as well as his dog, Bella.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Topeka. The family will receive friends from 4-7 on Thursday at the funeral home where a rosary will be prayed beginning at 5:30 pm.
