William Bart Waters

William “Bart” Waters, age 57, lost his battle with non Hodgkins Lymphoma on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka. Bart was born November 1, 1958 in Topeka the son of William Waters and Claudia Rice Waters. He graduated from Manhattan High School in 1976 and attended the University of Kansas. He worked in sales and marketing. He married Dawn Kietzman, they later divorced. He married Stephanie Eutsler, she survives. Bart attended Fellowship Bible Church in Topeka. He served as past president of the South Topeka Rotary Club where he was a Paul Harris Fellow. He served as a football official for over 23 years with local high schools, colleges, including the Big 12. He also served as a high school soccer referee for over 15 years. Bart was also a supporter of the local Boy Scouts.
Bart is survived by his wife, Stephanie; a son, Brady Waters; a daughter, Sierra Waters; a step son, Anthony Eutsler; three brothers, David (LoEtta)Waters, Barry (Sharon) Waters and Charles (Carmen) Waters, six nieces, three great nephews and two great nieces.
Funeral services will be Friday, June 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fellowship Bible Church. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Fellowship Bible Church. Interment will be at the P.G. Memorial Park Cemetery at 6th & Gage. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fellowship Bible Church and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.
