Margaret K. Price

Margaret K. Price, age 95, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Lexington Park Care Home. She was born April 8, 1921 in Metz, Missouri the daughter of Jerome Wright and Dolly Ross Wright. She married Ivan Price June 9, 1946 in Emporia, KS. He preceded her in death January 1, 2005. Margaret was a member of the Shawnee Heights Baptist Church where she proudly served as church secretary for over 20 years. She and Ivan were also members of Campers on Mission. She is survived by three sons, Paul, David and Steve Price; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday, May 27, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. She will lie in state Thursday from noon – 8:00 p.m. with visitation from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Rochester Cemetery.
