Harold A. Price

Harold A. Price, 89, of Topeka passed away on Monday, May 2, 2016. He was born on February 19, 1927 at Auburn, Kansas the son of Charles and Ethel Bundy Price. Harold was a heavy equipment operator by trade and work for Soldier Township for 28 years before retiring. He was a member of Northern Hills Baptist Church.
He was married on December 17, 1948 at Topeka to Ruth D. Burkhart. Ruth survives at their home.
Other survivors include their daughter, Barbara Roxanne Mack (Alvin) of Hoyt; sons, Randall E. Price, Sr. (Barb) of Topeka, Gregory A. Price (Terri) of Topeka, Mark A. Price of Topeka, Eric W. Price (Dawn) of Topeka and Daryl W. Price (Katie) of Rossville; 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one on the way.
He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Northern Hills Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Topeka Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Thursday evening at Davidson Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Northern Hills Baptist Church Children’s Summer Camp in care of the funeral home.
