Sammy K. Cypret

Sammy Kay Cypret, 73, of Topeka, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2016. Sam was born on March 5, 1943 in Eureka, Kansas the son of Thomas Jefferson Cypret and Treva Eloise Lewis Cypret. He was employed at Midas Muffler for 35 years, and retired in 2008. He enjoyed driving his 1934 Ford Vicky to car shows and cruises with his wife.
He was married to Chris on August 29, 1980 in Topeka, Kansas.
Survivors include his wife, Chris; daughters, Kristie Willie (Joe), Beth Willie and Megan Sams of Topeka; son, Troy (Janie) Cypret of Nampa, ID; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Jack Cypret and Darold Cypret.
A memorial visitation will be held on April 27, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home, 1035 N. Kansas Ave., where the family will receive friends from 6-8 pm
