Rodney Osa

Rodney M. Osa, age 84, of Tecumseh passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Stormont Vail Hospital. Rod was born February 12, 1932 in Topeka the son of Kenneth and Lela Osa. Rod was raised by his mother and step father, Morrill Taylor. Rod married Darlene M. Bame September 6, 1952 in Huntsville, AR. Rod worked for the State of Kansas. Rod is survived by his wife Darlene; his precious kitty, Polly; nephew, Dwight Brown (Marilyn), Paul Mohler (his companion Tina); great nieces Madison Brown and twins Jill and Dana Mohler and many special friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Highland Heights Christian Church. He will lie in state Monday from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Berryton. Memorial contributions may be made to the Highland Heights Christian Church or the CAT Association of Topeka and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.
