Rueben D. Kelly, 68, of Topeka passed away at his home on December 2, 2015. He was born December 16, 1946 in Topeka the son of George and Nellie (Turner) Kelly. Mr. Kelly served in the United States Army. He worked as a barber prior to his retirement.
He is survived by his son, David Kelly of Aurora, Colorado; his daughter, Kim Kelly of Topeka; and six grandchildren.
Cremation is planned. A memorial service will be held later.
