Kathleen A. Clark-Corbin, 59, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas passed away on Saturday November 7, 2015. She was born July 15, 1956 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was raised in a military family who moved frequently while she was growing up. Her father John Moxley had a position with the State Department and she spent a considerable amount of her youth in Southeast Asia and in Arizona. She graduated from Washburn University and called Topeka home for about 15 years. She moved to Eureka Springs, Arkansas and had lived there most of the past twenty years. It was there she met her husband, Richard Corbin
Kathleen had a wonderful career in physical therapy care. She won awards, including Employee of the Month recently, and was recognized for her work and as a compassionate, loving caregiver. She loved to volunteer, working at a local hospice organization and as the primary support person for several elderly friends and neighbors. Kathleen loved animals, gardening, music, real estate investing and interior decorating. Her life was devoted to helping others and will always remembered as a wonderful and caring soul.
She was married to her longtime friend and companion, Richard Corbin, on October 7, 2007 on the beloved White Fang Acres and the Little Ponderosa Cabin in Arkansas.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Corbin of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; son Richard Allen Cooper and wife Sara of Harrison, Arkansas; step-daughters, Michelle Clark of California and Ciera Clark of Topeka; her mother, Marge and step-father, Sam Bradshaw of Topeka; sisters, Debra Wobker of Eureka Springs, AR and Maggie Ashworth of Topeka; one nephew, Elliot Wobker; two nieces, Abigail Ashworth and Kershell; and two step-grandchildren, Eric and Tadessa. She also leaves behind an assortment of her beloved animals and pets.
