Paul R. Sharp

Paul Raymond Sharp, Jr., 59, of Lawrence, Kansas passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka after a courageous battle with bladder cancer. He was the beloved husband of his loving wife Fanny Yvonne Sharp of 37 years. They were married in Ohio on January 11, 1979.
Paul Sharp was born in Youngstown, Ohio on October, 25, 1955 the son of Paul Sharp, Sr. and Anna Marie Sharp. Paul grew up in Ohio. Paul was disabled but had a part-time computer business called Sharp Solutions.
Paul also leaves his son, Paul Sharp III of Topeka; his daughter, Wendy Sharp of Lawrence; six grandchildren, Hayden Sharp, Daniel Thorp, Jr. Adam Thorp, Katelyn Thorp, Violet Thorp and Dylan Schultz as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Paul was preceded in death by Mike Waterbeck who passed away in 2003.
Paul was an incredible person, and dedicated and loving father besides. Besides working on computers he loved spending time with his family.
At Paul’s request, the funeral and cremation will be a private for the immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Davidson Funeral Home, 1035 N Kansas Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66608.
