Cecilia Elvira Mejia

Cecilia Elvira Mejia, 77, passed away on August 14, 2015 at Manor Care of Topeka. Cecilia was born on October 11, 1937 in Choachi, Colombia. She moved to the United States in 1969. She devoted her life to spreading the Gospel.
She is survived by her son, Carlos Mejia and his wife Ann of Topeka; six siblings; three grandchildren, Dustin Dylan, Daniel; and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 pm Friday, August 21st followed by a service at 1:30 pm at Davidson Funeral Home. Interment will be held later at West Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or to the Topeka Rescue Mission in care of Davidson Funeral Home.
