Randall T. Essman

Randall T. Essman, 62, of Topeka passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2015. He was born October 27, 1952 in Topeka the son of Samuel and Virginia (Proud) Essman. Mr. Essman graduated from Seaman High School in 1970. He worked for many years at Hallmark Cards, and later for Securitas at KPERS. He was married to Lyndsey Thomas in Topeka. His passion was collecting NASCAR memorabilia and everything Dale Earnhardt #3.
Survivors include his daughter, Kelli Stringfield of Topeka; three brothers, Terry Essman of Meriden, Benny Essman and Keith Essman of Topeka; his sister, Diane DeHart of Topeka; and two grandchildren, Amari and Reggie.
Cremation is planned. A memorial visitation will be held from 6-7 pm on Saturday evening, April 18th at Davidson Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in care of Davidson Funeral Home.
