Mark S. Siefer

Mark S. Siefer, age 64 of Topeka, passed away Monday, February 16, 2015 at his home in North Topeka. Mark was born June 29, 1950 in Beaver Creek, Ohio the son of Fred and Lonnie Clara Frazier Siefer. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force and then the Kansas National Guard. He married Connie Penrod June 21, 1973 when he was stationed at Forbes Field Air Base in Topeka. Mark is survived by two sons, Chris and David (Jen) Siefer of Topeka and two step sons, Ron Boettcher of Topeka and Rob Boettcher of Rossville and three grandchildren, Damon and Lexi Siefer and Jazmine Anderson. Mark had a great love for cars, tools and anything automotive.
