Larry Foster

Larry Foster, age 71, of Topeka passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014 at a Topeka care home. Larry was born May 10, 1943 in Manhattan, KS the son of Daniel and Dorothy Mitchell Foster. Larry graduated from Neodesha High School in 1961. He also graduated from Moody Bible Institute and Wichita State University. Larry served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He went on to work for the U.S. Government as an analyst. Larry was a volunteer for the 4 County Mental Health in Independence, KS.
He is survived by a daughter, Melissa Schmit of Lake In The Woods, Illinois; three sisters, Connie Leahew of Overland Park, Susan Stewart of Manhattan and Bobby Harper of Tulsa and two granddaughters.
Graveside services will be Monday, December 8, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Neodesha Cemetery. Davidson Funeral Home in Topeka is assisting the family with arrangements.
