Larry Allen Reaser

Larry Allen Reaser, age 72, of Topeka accepted Christ on September 28, 2014 and went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at a care home facility in Shawnee, Kansas surrounded by his children. Larry was born on April 11, 1942 in Topeka, KS the son of Velma and Virgil Reaser. He graduated from Topeka High School in 1961 and became a boilermaker, retiring for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad after 30 years of service on September 2, 2004.
Larry is survived by his three children and 12 grandchildren: Julie Goodman and her husband Todd of Shawnee, Kansas, having Christopher, Katherine, Elizabeth and Joe; Doug Reaser and his wife Peggy of Olathe, KS, having Zachary, Monica and Blake; Dennis Reaser and his wife Katie of Olathe, having Trevor, Mason, Emma, Carter and Ruby.
Larry enjoyed hunting, fishing, casinos, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was also deeply devoted to his friends and co-workers at the railroad.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Davidson Funeral Home in Topeka. Graveside services will be held at the Corning Cemetery, Corning, Kansas at 1:30 pm on Saturday afternoon. The family will receive friends from 7-8 pm Friday evening at the funeral home in Topeka.
