Jerry Ray Bowen

Jerry Ray Bowen, 63, of Meriden, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2014.   He was born February 11, 1951 at Topeka, Kansas, the son of Elmer and Merice (Whitlock) Bowen. He graduated from Meriden High School in 1969.

He worked as a carpenter at KBS for over 20 years. He married Catherine Jones May 1, 1981, she survives. Other survivors include his father Elmer Bowen, daughters, Rachel (Curtis) Likens and Candace (David) Oldridge, step-son, Chad (Kim) Tyler, sister Jeannie (David) Neeley , 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother Merice and one grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 24th at Davidson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Meriden Cemetery.
