Dorothy J. Berberich

Dorothy J. Berberich, 91, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Brookside Retirement Community in Overbrook, KS, with her family by her side. She was born December 15, 1922 in Ottawa, Kansas, the daughter of Arthur M. and Frances (Andrews) Chambers. She married Thomas C. Berberich on May 29th, 1942.
Survivors include children; Francis Berberich, Kevin (Patricia) Berberich, Connie (Ron) Knight, Donna (John) McCollum, and Jayne (Pamela Burkholder) Berberich, sisters; Darlis Hahn, Carolee Ryan and Rosalie Smith, 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents, her son Thomas A. Berberich, grandson Chad R. Berberich, sister Ilo Samples, brothers Richard Chambers and Roger Chambers, and her daughters-in-laws Valerie Berberich and Vicki Berberich.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 3rd at 1:00 PM at Davidson Funeral Home, followed by burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. A rosary will be prayed on Sunday at the funeral home at 1:00 PM; with a visitation following until 2:30 PM.
