Allsie Marie Mace, 89, of Topeka passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Brewster Place in Topeka. She was born July 8, 1924 at Bidville, Arkansas the daughter of Albert D. and Lela May (Perdue) Davis. Mrs. Mace came to Topeka around 1944. She had been a member of North Topeka Baptist Church. Allsie married Leroy E. Anderson. They later divorced. She was married to Henry E. Mace in 1977. Henry died in 1982.
Mrs. Mace was also preceded in death by her parents; and three children, Roy Lee Anderson and Mary Jane Anderson Hays and Caroline Grey.
Survivors include her daughters Louise Lancaster and Betty Evans both of Valdosta, GA.
Cremation is planned. A memorial service will be held at Davidson Funeral Home on Thursday morning, December 12th at 10:00 am. Inurnment will be later in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.
