Dorothy May Vagts

Dorothy May Vagts was born May 24, 1934 to Reuben W. and Belva A. Roth Millard in Geneseo, KS. She attended school in Sterling, KS, graduating in 1952. She married Harry “Junior” Vagts May 27, 1951. She retired from SRS after 24 years. She was a member of Crestview Methodist Church, and the Eastern Star for 41 years, the American Legion Auxiliary, and White Shrine for 30 years. She is survived by her daughter Jeanette Leeper (Paul), daughter in law, Tammy Vagts, grandsons, Wayne and Nathan Vagts; sister Ruby White (Jim). She was preceded in death by her sons Michael, Kirk, and John, her husband Junior, her parents, and her brothers John and Richard Millard.
