Connie L. Penrod Siefer

Connie L. Penrod-Siefer, 67, of Topeka passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2013. She was born July 3, 1945 in Topeka the daughter of George Milton and Helen Cuke Penrod. Connie was a Certified Medical Aide. She worked at Briarcliff and later IHS (in Highland Park) care homes. She was married to Mark Siefer who had been stationed at Forbes Air Base. They were married on June 21, 1973 at the Shawnee County Court House. Connie and Mark had attended North Topeka Wesleyan Church.
Survivors include her husband Mark of North Topeka; sons, Ron Boechter and Rob Boechter both of Topeka, David Siefer and wife Jenny of Topeka and son Chris Siefer of Topeka; two grandchildren, Damen and Lexi; two sisters, Joyce Cook and husband Ralph of Meriden and Donna Nowack of Meriden and a brother, George Lloyd Penrod of Topeka. A. memorial gathering will be Saturday from 10:00- 11:00 a.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home in Topeka. Cremation is planned.
