Delbert Ray Brown

Delbert Ray Brown, age 76, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013 in Topeka. He was born October 20, 1936 in Cherryvale, KS the son of Frank And Jenny Smith Brown. He worked as a plumber for several years. He married Sherry Hosler March 15, 1969 in Wamego. Delbert was an avid golfer, fisherman and K.U. fan. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Frank Jr., Tom and Richard along with 2 sisters, Betty Campbell and Juanita Helcher. He is survived by his wife, Sherry; four sons, Mike Brown and his wife, Erin of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Paul Brown and his wife, Regina of Valley Falls, KS, Dallas Brown and Darren Brown, both of Meriden; a daughter, Debbie Zeigler and her husband Sid of Lawrence; a sister, Jeanetta Reed of Wichita; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
